Return Policy – Italiqo

At Italiqo, we work in collaboration with international suppliers. Therefore, our return policy is bound to the conditions of our main supplier.
1. Conditions for Accepting a Return
We only accept returns in the following cases:

Item received with manufacturing defects.

Item received in the wrong size compared to what was ordered.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, different color choice, model change, or any other reasons not listed above.
2. Timeframe

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the package.

Reports submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
3. Return Procedure
To start a return request:

Send an email to info@italiqo.com with the subject “Return Request” within 24 hours of delivery.

Attach photos and/or videos clearly showing the defect or incorrect size.

Wait for our confirmation with return shipping instructions to our warehouse (located in Poland).
4. Item Condition

The item must be new, unused, with original tags and intact original packaging.

Any accessories included must be returned together with the product.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable courier service; Italiqo is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return shipping.
6. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued after the return has been accepted by our supplier.

The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

If the return is not accepted (e.g., the item does not meet the requirements), we will contact you to decide whether to have it sent back to you (at your expense) or leave it at the warehouse.
7. No Direct Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for size or color.

If a return is accepted, you can repurchase the desired item by placing a new order.
